Mark G. Mills, CPA, co-founded Mills, Potoczak & Company a CPA and business consulting firm. During that time, he has provided auditing, tax compliance, tax planning, and business consulting services to both privately owned and publicly traded companies in a wide variety of industries.

Mark began providing ESOP trustee services in 2010. Through his association with ESOP companies and the professionals serving the ESOP community, he found his true passion lies in helping employee-owned companies. As a result, in 2024 he sold the accounting and tax practice to concentrate solely on ESOPs.
