Mark G. Mills, CPA, brings a common sense approach to every engagement. With a background in auditing at Price Waterhouse (now PWC) and 30+ years leading his own CPA firm, Mark has structured over $75 million in financing for small and mid-sized companies. Known for his creative problem-solving approach, Mark’s focus is to simplify complex issues affecting ESOPs (like valuation and regulatory matters) for both C-suite executives and rank and file employees alike.

Staff members will assist with transaction due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis and provide the point of contact for coordination with third party administrators and company auditors.
